Responsibilities:

Planning and organizing international/domestic transportation
Monitoring the execution of shipping orders
Taking care of the high quality/timeliness of completed orders and the company's image
Actively seek new customers and shipping companies
Contribute to the implementation of the department's budget targets

Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the TSL market and freight forwarding processes
Knowledge of English/German to a communicative degree
Ability to establish contacts easily
Ability to make quick decisions
Assertiveness, ability to negotiate
Good work organization and ability to plan tasks
